Sketchwalks
Sketch walks take place on Saturday mornings and afternoons. In addition, there are early morning and evening sketch walks.
How do I get to the Sketchwalks?
In Stuttgart, you can get around easily using the public transport system operated by Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund Stuttgart (VVS). The network includes suburban trains, regional trains, trams, buses, rack railways, and cable cars. The info booklet you receive when you register tells you which connections you can use to get to the meeting point.
If you don't have a Deutschlandticket, we recommend purchasing tickets via the app (cheaper than at ticket machines). Zone 1 is sufficient for our sketch walks.
The VVS app is particularly handy, as it also displays connections in real time.

Where can I exhibit my drawings from the meeup?
- All participants can upload their digital drawings to an online gallery (Padlet). Uploading is possible at any time. There are instructions in our info booklet.
- For the final exhibition of the sketchbooks you can hand in the sketchbooks (max. 1 book per person) on Sunday from 09.30-10.30 in the StadtPalais foyer. As we only have limited exhibition space, not all sketchbooks can be exhibited.
Where can I look at the drawings?
- At the closing event, sketchbooks with the results will be exhibited in the foyer of the StadtPalais on Sunday between 11:00-13:30.
- We have created an online gallery for all participants. You can find the link in your info booklet.

Registration/Participation
Anyone can register. Registration/participation is free of charge.
Only those who are registered will be assigned sketchwalks.
As at the last meetups, there will be no goodie bags.
Arrival and departure as well as accommodation and meals will be organized and paid for by the participants themselves.
We have closed the registration.
Can I participate without registering?
Participation without registration is possible for public events such as “Good Morning Sketching” and “Sketching in the Dark.” The final exhibition is also open to everyone.
Registration is required to participate in the sketch walks on Saturday morning and afternoon, as well as for the “Drink, Talk and Draw” event.
